Warranty Period

Ingimex will match the warranty periods for bodies bought through a conversion scheme as offered by the manufacturer. Please contact your local dealer for details on the warranty periods available.

All bodies bought through Ingimex directly are covered by a 3 year (60,000 miles) warranty period commencing the date of delivery from Ingimex.

All Ingimex manufactured optional extras, such as the cage for Titan, sideboard footstep, load safety kit and load restraint net for One Stop Box Van, are covered by a 3 year (60,000 miles) warranty period commencing the date of delivery from Ingimex.

Certain bolt on enhancements offered by Ingimex are limited to the warranty period provided by the manufacturer, eg Del Tail lift, one year. Please contact our sales department for complete details.

Warranty Terms

Any repair, which could be necessary during the aforesaid period, must be authorised and carried out at our workshops or by one of our authorised repair agents.

Warranty is only applicable to those parts that may become unusable because of defect in materials or in workmanship. The testing of defective parts or the analysis of their possible causes will only take place at the offices of Ingimex.

The warranty does not include failure due to misuse of the Ingimex product or lack of maintenance.

The warranty will be invalid if the Ingimex product is modified or parts have been tampered with in any way or work carried out by an unauthorised repair shop.

The Ingimex warranty does not extend to consequential loss incurred by the owner/operator.

Claim Processing

To process a claim, please have your body work serial number to hand. The bodywork ID plate can be located on the outside of the headboard panel on the near side of the body.

If the bodywork ID plate is illegible or missing, please provide us with your vehicle VIN and year of manufacture.

Email or phone Ingimex on 01952 585833 and ask for our parts department. The Parts reference sheets for Titan and Thor can be used to reference the correct part names.

You may be asked to provide photographs if possible, or an Ingimex sales person may arrange a visit to review your claim.

Once a warranty claim is approved, Ingimex will arrange with you for all repairs to be carried out either at an approved repair agent near you or at our Telford works, at our discretion.
